HELLO BIOFILMS at NET....READERS
I'm working with lotic biofilms for to study the spatial microbial
community by FISH technique using SCLM microscope. The problem is
relationed with the high percentage of lost cells after FISH procedure. For
improve the analysis I used a film of acrylamide (20%)- for to keep the
biofilm 3D structure- but the lost of cells (specially after
paraformaldehyde) was high. Someone can suggest me something.
