I am currently interested in determining a definition of a stabilized
biofilm. I have been currently investigating the removal of a stabilized
biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Does anyone have any literature
references describing the required incubation times, concentrations, etc.
to develop a "stabilized biofilm"? I'm I correct to assume that there is
much debate in the biofilm field as to what is a stabilized biofilm? Any
help will be greatly appreciated.
