[Biofilms] staining of bacterial biofilms

Dear Rachna,

While in theory any stain that would stain biological components of 
biofilms (and not the underlying polystyrene substratum) could be 
used, crystal violet absorbs much more light than safranin and so 
would provide higher sensitivity for this assay.
