MODELLING WITH GEPASI
Dear Colleagues:
I have been using Gepasi, a metabolic modelling program obtained
from Dr. Mendes, University of Wales, to model the digestion of
inulin to glucose and fructose. I have had considerable
difficulty with the program crashing, especially when the pathways
become more compicated.
If anyone has used this program, I would appreciate your comments
and suggestions.
