HELP: Electroblot Coomassie stained/fixed PAG

I attempted to electroblot a piece of Coomassie blue stained  (fixed in 
Acetic Acid/MetOH) polyacrylamide gel onto a PVD membrane.  The 
efficiency was very low.  Can anybody gi'me a nice protocol to solve the 
problem?  Thanks alot!
