Announce: Minor upgrade to WinSCAMP

[Herbert M Sauro]

There is a minor upgrade to WinSCAMP at

http://members.tripod.co.uk/sauro/biotech.htm

The changes include a fix to a minor problem with the help engine, an
attempt to remove the dependence on HtmlHelp so that help requests should
route themselves automatically to Help 3.1 or HtmlHelp as appropriate.
Finally a change to the demonstration mode so that full functionality is
available for 5 minutes before the program reverts to read-only mode.

Thanks
