I was just curious to know if anyone has used the Gal4-UAS system in
worms. I am trying to insert a gene that may be toxic into worms and
am trying to figure out some way to insert a dormant gene that may
be activated later by performing a genetic cross.
If anyone has experience using the Gal4 system in the worm or a good
way to get an inducible promoter, please write me (I have tried the
heat shock constructs).
