lineaging program?

Dear Colleagues,

      Does anyone have a program (preferably Macintosh) that compares 
the lineage of wildtype embryos to that of mutant embryos?  For example, 
the user enters the time of cell divisions in the C lineage of a mutant 
and the computer plots it next to the C lineage (or any other lineage) 
of a wildtype embryo.
