I have cloned a flagellar dynein light chain from the alga Chlamydomonas and
found that the coding region is ~90% identical to an ORF from chromosome III
of C.elegans. The sequence is on cosmid T26A5 (neigbours C05D11 and F23F12;
accession number u00043). Obviously I would like to know if any interesting
mutations map to this region. I have not been able to determine from where on
chromosome III this cosmid derives (it is not mentioned in the Wilson et al
Nature paper). I would be very grateful if someone in the C.elegans community
could help me.
