I will be starting injections in worms shortly and am interested in
ideas for "sticking" the worms down. I have a lot of experience with
injections of eggs, but with those, the eggs were immobilized with
poly-L-lysine onto a glass coverslip. I have gone through the procedures
of dessication, anesthetization, and immobilization under oil. Are these
the only methods out there, or are there other sticky/viscous substances
that could be used? Any comments or experiences would be appreciated
please post or e-mail directly to rakow at scripps.edu
Thanks in advance.
