  I would be very interested in these answers also.  I am getting ready to
  probe a C. vulgaris and C. Briggsae genomic libraries with a C. elegans
  cDNA probe.  Not too sure what stringency to hybe at and Stratagene has
  not responded to my request of a protocol.
