Hi fellow netters,

     I want to probe genomic libraries from other Nematode species with my
genomic fragment from C.elegans.  

     I have a lot of conflicting information as to how to go about doing this.
I would specifically like to see protocols that have been successful for you
or your lab.  I would also like to know what you probed with (genomic, cDNA,
oligo, etc.) and how you might have altered the protocol based on expected
conservation.

   I will happily post a summary of responses if people are interested.
