Antifungus

I'd like to grow C. elegans in liquid culture, and I plan to add some antifungi
to the culture. I've got two of them, from Sigma : a penicillin/streptomycin
solution, and a nystatin solution. Does anybody know at which concentration
I should use them ? Should I use both or just one ?
