I am trying to performing embryonic manipulations to address the asymmetric divisions in the
embryonic intestine. I am in desperate need of molecular markers. In particular, I would like to get a
marker (Abs, promoter construct...) that is expressed in a sub-set of the embryonic gut (only the
posterior, or anterior gut, etc..). Also, I the markers do not have to be expressed exclusively in the
intestine (ablations can remove all non-gut staining tissue).
