Dear Worm Netters,
We are just getting set up as a worm lab and lack certain essential equipment.
In particular, we are wondering what used dissecting/inverted scopes might be on
the market or whether there is a used scope source. Tips on where to find other
used equipment would also be helpful.
As a separate question, we are also wondering what experience netters have had
with freezing/preserving dauers. (I know that there was some discussion earlier
on the net with regard to general freezing procedures, but I'm more interested
specifically in dauers.) Please let me know and I will compile a list of
responses to post back to the net.
