A few questions

I was wondering if any readers ould answer a few questions for me. Any
response would be appreciated. I have a few question about C. elegans. I
will just list them...

What is the genome size?
What is the size of the lambda library required to include all of the
genome?
Is it transformable? If yes, how?
Is it possible to knock out a given gene? How?
How are mutants isolated?
How much space would it take to detect a mutation that occurs at a
frequency of 1 in a million?
What is its life cycle?
What problems are currently being studied on this organism?

I know that is a lot of question, but any response off the top of your head
would be appreciated.

Thanks,
