Hi Tom,
I have one or two suggestions for the next worm meeting. Is it possible
to get them to have more than one cafeteria open for meals. I think one of
the biggest problems was just getting through the line fast enough to eat
before it was time for the next session. Another minor problem was the
abstract book. Mine, and several others that I saw were starting to come
apart at the seams. Also they were a bit bulky. It's great to have all
that space to take notes on each page alongside the abstract, but I
suspect the meeting will continue to grow so that book is just going to
get larger unless multiple abstract are printed on each page. Otherwise I
though the meeting was great. Just one more thing, can you make sure the
weather the next time around is the same as what we had this year?
