I'm finally getting around to trying to use my new microinjection system
for worm transgenics that I just set up. Unfortunately, I can't seem to
find any of my notes on how to start trying to make good micropipets and
the parameters to change on the puller to make the appropriate
modifications. Could some of you who are proficient at adjusting a
Flaming/Brown micropipette puller Model P-87 to make great injection pipets
give me some guidelines, including what filaments you use? (I'm not sure
I've got the right one.) Thanks in advance.
