Although there is probably a more up-to-date reference, check the article
by Alan Coulson et al in WBG 11 #1 p14 (Sept 89) where all the clone types
are listed
In your case, C05D2 is pJB8 (Amp R)
ZK1290 is Lorist 6 (Kan R)
F12A10 is Lorist 6 (Kan R)
Reference for Lorist 6 is Gibson et al Gene 53:283-286 (1987). Sorry I
don't have the reference for pJB8 at hand.
