osmotic stress, dessication

Has anyone ever tested adult or dauer worms for resistance to osmotic
stress
(high NaCl concentrations) or for resistance to dehydration? I'd be
interested to
know what salt concentration would be a good starting point to test for
osmotic stress experiments and also what would be a good procedure to
dehydrate
worms.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
