Yesterday I "thought" I put a message on this system. However, today
I still do not see the message so wonder where it went.
I have a couple students learning about the worm. I thought I would
get them started by doing some whole mount staining, then perhaps
stain developing embryos, etc. Yesterday was the first. We fixed in
Carnoy's with a drop of picric acid for color and then did some whole
staining with borax-carmine. It was a learning process for us all!!
Are there protocols out there for such studies? If so, where?? The
staining was okay but I thought it could have been better. What
should I have them try??
