Hi
	I have a question regarding making a genomic library to screen before
amplification. Is it necessary to make sure that the is no E. coli DNA in 
the worm DNA prep (eg by using L1's hatched from embryos on unseeded plates).
Or is it OK to use worms just washed off starved plates ?
