Hello! Biologist!
I'm going to start some work with C.elegans for the
FIRST TIME, and I have no idea that from where and how to
get (buy) C.elegans, how to grow, how to extract DNA and
RNA ....and so on.
Dose anybody tell me some good protocol or guide book
deal with such kind of topics?
I cannot imagen that my pritty E.coli will be eaten by
C.elegans! (by Bacteriologist) :-)
