Another little survey:
Can anybody who ever tried to tag a C.elegans protein with one of the
conventional tags (HA or myc) please let me know:
1) which tag was used, did it work on whole-mounts or didn't it ?
2) how many copies of the tag were used ?
3) where were the antibodies purchased from ?
As this might again be of general interest, I'll post the "statistics" of
all responses on the net in a week or two.
