Dear worm breeders,
I recently extracted RNA from a bunch of different strains at
different stages, using the protocol published in WBG 13(3) by Rebecca
Burdine and Michael Stern. While, at the end, I had no problem
resuspending the RNA from most of the strains, I had a very hard time to
resuspend RNA extracted from C. elegans N2 eggs, althought they were
treated the same way as the others preps. Has anybody ever experienced
such a phenomenon, or is it only a simple coincidence that only the egg
prep went weird?
Thanks,
