MluI sites

Does anyone know about the distribution of MluI sites in C. elegans? We
would like to make the separation of our YACs away from yeast chromosomes
easier by digesting away yeast chromosomes with MluI before pulse-field
separation. Has anyone tried this strategy or something like this?

Is anyone else out there trying to transform with YACs? How successful
have you been?
