baking needles for RNA microinjections

Dear colleagues,

We have found that baking microinjection needles results in their inability
to wet properly, so they can't be loaded. Has anyone else experienced
this? Is there a solution?

Because we are using the needles for RNA injections, we assumed they should
be baked before use. Is it possible (advisable) to use UNbaked needles for
RNA injection?

Any suggestions would be warmly welcomed.
Thanks!
David Fitch
