Many thanks for the enormous response to my query about whether or how to
bake needles for microinjecting RNA.
The majority of people who responded do NOT bake needles for RNA
injections. Other suggestions involved depositing RNA solution into the
needle tip with a drawn-out capillary and keeping the glass hydrated during
baking. We will try all three. Thanks again!
