Brightness of GFP in worms

Hi,
   A question for those working with GFP:  Can you give me some idea of
a lower limit to the brightness of worms expressing GFP, say in terms of
exposure times/f-stops/film-speed for a 35 mm camera attached to a Kramer-
equipped dissecting scope?
