Hi C. elegans community-
I have a favor to ask. I am a graduate student working in Dr.
Liz Ryder's lab at WPI. For my project, I need one of the Fire Lab
GFP insertion vectors. Dr. Ryder called up the Fire Lab, and they
said they no longer send out kits; and that we should try to obtain
the vectors from people in the area.
So, is there anyone on the worms newsgroup mailing list who has
the 1997 kit? Would you be willing to give us just one of the
vectors? The one I need is IIVO L2908 pPD103.75.
I apologize to the New Englanders who have already received a
similar message. I am grateful to those who have responded and
offered the 95 Fire kit.
