We are having a major problem with the Mistral 3000i Sanyu Gallenkamp
Centrifuge (refridgerated).Today we had a power problem; the line was
apparently overloaded. The centrifuge stopped when the circuit breaker cut
off the power. However, when the circuit breaker was re-set, the machine was
re-started successfully and after the run was finished it just went dead.
When it is turned on, only the control panel lights up but otherwise it does
not respond to commands. When the machine is turned on, the STATUS LED
displays at first M31....V1, then IMB LOW. Dooes anyone with this machine
know what this means? Please advise ASAP.
