Rob, My lab is characterizing myomodulin homologs and buccalin homologs
(distinct from the FMRFamides) that we have found in C. elegans. We are
currently searching for more neuropepetides as well. I think Chris Li has
details about another group searching for C. elegans neuropeptides using a
biochemical approach. If you want more details, please let me know...
