Has anyone physically mapped the ends of the deletion nDf29 (chromosome
I)? I'm interested in the left end of the deletion as my gene, spd-2,
maps in the region. This end has not been genetically mapped very
precisely; the left innermost marker is unc-29 at 3.21 and the left
outermost marker is fer-1 at 2.91. I appreciate any input!
