Dear Worm Breeders:
We have noticed that we are unable to maintained
transformed lines on agarose plates - the strains first
stop producing rollers and then they die out all together.
This does not happen to sibling worms on agar plates.
Has anyone else noticed this? Any help would be
appreciated.
