Hi,
Can anyone tell me if they know of a random primed (not poly-A primed)
C. elegans cDNA library that would be available for me to use?
Im trying to pull a rather large (about 6kb) cDNA from the poly A primed
library I have right now and having a rough time getting 5' sequence.
