Strong non specific signals on antibody staining

I am a graduate student in K-JIST in South Korea. We have studied the
genes of C. elegans. We made various polyclonal antibody in rabbit.
However, We have a serious problem in antibody staining with C. elegans
freeze permeabilized sample. When we conducted antibody staining, we
detected non specific signals in centrosome position in embryo and in
spermatheca in herma adults. Although these signals were unpredicted, the
strength of these signals were very much high. Furthermore, these non
specific siganls were stronger than our predicted siganls.
I want to know the case where one detected these non specific signals on
antibody staining, why these non specific signals are so strong, and how to
reduce these signals. My e-mail address is chaser at geguri.kjist.ac.kr
Please, answer me my question.
