I am currently using RT-PCR to examine genes in a nematode closely related
to C. elegans and need a positive control for the reactions. Can anyone
suggest a
primer pair for RT-PCR which span an intron, are ubiquitously expressed and
highly conserved. Thanking you in advance for all suggestions.
