Hello
I write to ask if anyone knows of a cheap, effective method of
differentiating two separate strains of c. elegans grown on the same
plate. The expt's I want to conduct require that I be able to tell two
strains apart. My procedure involves growing the strains separately then
taking large numbers of individuals from each strain and raising them on
the same plate. If i could somehow stain the strain before adding them to
the plate, it would really help. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
