GenoPlex, Inc. (www.genoplex.com), a new genomics company in Denver,
Colorado, has opportunities for postdoctoral research in the areas of aging
and stress response in the nematode C. elegans. The candidate will use both
forward and reverse genetics to identify and characterize components of the
molecular pathways involved in lifespan and response to environmental
stress. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in genetic
manipulation of C. elegans including use of genetic screens, phenotypic
analysis, and microinjection. Additional experience in molecular biology and
the study of gene expression using reporter genes, antibodies or western and
