Has anyone tried to use affi-gel 10 or 15 to purify antibodies? I want to
couple a recombinant protein with affi-gel 10 (Bio-Rad) and then use the
coupled agarose beads to purify the specific antibody from the antiserums.
Right now, I am having some problems with the efficiency of coupling and
yield of the antibodies. If you have some experience of doing this, please
let me know. Any help will be appreciated.
