Hi. I'm looking for an anaesthetic agent that will not kill the worms
but rather paralyze them for a couple of minutes -1 hour. I just want to
follow their development for some hours and occasionaly observe them at
a confocal microscope (they are GFP-marked) and the regular azid/
tricaine don't permit their successive development.
