GFP antibody conditions

Hello!
I was wondering if anyone has successfully used the Clontech polyclonal
anti-GFP antibody on worms?  We have tried using the Ruvkun/Finney
protocol, but have not had any luck with it. Any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know fixation conditions for antibody staining which
will allow GFP in the strain to remain visible?
