Hi,
I have recently tried to prepare some dauer pheromone using the protocole
from Cori Bargmann and Brenda Reinhart (1992) given at the C. elegans
methods web site. However, I could not obtain dauer induction from the
extract I prepared. I would like to know if and where it is possible to
commercially buy dauer pheromone, or if anybody could send me a little bit
of it (I just need to induce 2 strains twice each).
