I am working in the Plasterk laboratory and I want to do some two-hybrid
screenings. I am looking for a good C.elegans cDNA library, that can be
used in the LexA-based two-hybrid system. Is there one freely available
(polA or random primed) or has someone succesfully used the commercial
library from Origene?
