yeast 2 hybrid libraries

Does anyone have a directionally cloned C. elegans libraries for the yeast
2-hybrid screens?

My bait appears to interact with proteins containing a run of Phe.  As a
result, any cDNA with a polyA tail, cloned in the anti-sense orientation,
will interact.
