Hello all,
I was wondering whether anyone has tried expressing a transgene under the
control of the C. elegans heat shock promoters (ie. A. Fire's pPD49.78 or
pPD49.83 vectors) in C. briggsae.
Failing that, does anyone know of a C. briggsae promoter that gives
widespread expression in C. briggsae?
