WELLCOME TRUST FUNDED POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSISTANT:

COURTSHIP BIOLOGY OF THE FRUITFLY DROSOPHILA MELANOGASTER

£16,286 - £24,479 PER ANNUM

This is a three year project funded by The Wellcome Trust, involving the
molecular, genetic, developmental and behavioural dissection of the
fruitless (fru) gene of Drosophila melanogaster (see Cell 87: 1079-1089,
1996).

Candidates should have a strong background in molecular biology and
ideally would have some knowledge of neurobiology: experience in
Drosophila genetics is preferred, but not essential.
