Dear netters,
we are relatively new in the field of C. elegans and we want to express a
complete coding region of a different organism in C. elegans.
This coding region should be expressed in all tissues and in all stages to
monitor the influence of the heterologous gene product to the worms.
We have the "Fire Lab Vector Kit" from June 1995 but we do not know what
vector is the best for our purpose.
All suggestions are welcome.
