I don't think there are any special tricks, but more work in this area
has been done in parasitic nematodes, for which a good reference is RM
Maizels et al, Parasite Antigens, Parasite Genes. A Laboratory Manual
for Molecular Parasitology (Cambridge Univ Press, 1992). Method 2
therein is on collecting ES proteins from nematodes.
