Applications are invited for a Wellcome Trust funded Research Assistant to
work with Dr Julie Ahringer on the embryonic development of C. elegans.
The lab is located in the Wellcome CRC Institute in Cambridge, England
(http://www.welc.cam.ac.uk). The successful applicant would also have
laboratory management responsibilities.
Applicants must have at least a University degree and 1 year's laboratory
experience. Candidates with a PhD degree will also be considered.
Previous experience with C. elegans would be helpful, but is not necessary.
=46unds for the post are available until 30 September 2003 in the first
instance and the post may, subject to the availability of further funding,
be extended for a further period or periods. The University age-related
salary scales will apply (=A316,286-=A319,869).
